PROPRIETARY FLUORO-ACRYLIC POLYMER TECHNOLOGY

How do you realize the performance of a fluorine surface modifier without the negatives of its inherent cost and the environmental pressures facing specific fluorinated derivatives?

Interpolymer’s R&D team has developed unique and proprietary fluoro-acrylic co-polymer technology where specific and environmentally safe fluorine monomers are reacted onto an acrylic polymer backbone to maximize the efficacy of the fluorine molecule and offer the end user new and differentiated performance benefits in floor finish formulations.

Utilizing fluorine’s power as a surface tension reducer combined with the performance and durability of acrylic polymer chemistry, this technology platform allows for the formulation of floor finishes that provide superior depth of gloss, exceptional application properties and outstanding dirt resistance. MEGATRAN 260F has been specifically designed for dry-brite applications to extend the time between scrub and recoat cycles without compromising on the appearance of the floor.

MEGATRAN 260F provides the formulator the potential to develop differentiated floor finish products offering the end user superior cost/performance and reliability.  Interpolymer’s technology combined with our customers’ creativity. Let’s make beautiful floors together.
